Twitter is developing a way for users to save tweets for later.

Bookmarking is sure to be popular because of the content that now gets attached to tweets. This method or we can say this feature will save the Tweet and they can make use of the bookmarked tweet and can fetch them anytime they want. A panel pops up with a new "Add to Bookmarks" button, as well as the regular "Share via DM" option.

I can see Save For Later becoming as popular as the Like option on tweets.

- While most tweets are a quick read, a lot of people still want a way to save those worthy of a more in-depth inspection.

To access something you've already saved, you have to navigate away from the main feed and open a section called Bookmarks. Some even open the Tweet in a new tab and save the link privately, or email it to themselves or bookmark it in their browser. The heart icon, for example, can be taken as people marking their favorite tweets, not as people bookmarking them to reference later.
