IPhone 11 production ramped up by 10%

While Apple seems optimistic about the demand of the iPhone 11, only time will tell, if it is able to beat sales of the iPhone X lineup from yesteryear. The latter is the top-of-the-line model with a price that starts at $1,099.

Keep in mind Apple revealed the iPhone SE in March 2016, so perhaps we will see a second-generation phone debut next spring. In a research note to clients last week, analysts at Piper Jaffray said they expected fiscal year 2020 to be a "transition year" for iPhone ahead of 5G devices, which are expected to bring sweeping changes to smartphones.

A report claims that Apple could release a smartphone in Q1 2020. Due to this, Apple will have to pay a 10% tariff on products that are imported from China. He said, "Demand is good for now". Starting on December 15th, the USA will start imposing a 10% tariff on smartphones imported from China. Then, it will be up to the company to either eat all or some of the extra costs or pass it along to consumers in the form of higher prices.

The report has suggested that this handset will be more affordable than the rest of its iPhone counterparts, but feature similar technology - an A13 processor with 3 GB RAM.

The decision to offer the flagship iPhone 11 at a lower price than the previous entry level model has proved to be correct.

The device will obviously not include some of the more modern features of the iPhone 11 like Face ID. The result is a sharper image with less noise.

Pricing could be a significant factor in the iPhone SE 2's overall success.

So, what do you think about an iPhone SE2 that looks like the iPhone 8 with iPhone 11-like performance?
